Willett wins BMW International


Danny Willett won the 2012 BMW International Open on the fourth extra play-off hole after a magical chip from the rough behind the green set up a tap in par as Marcus Fraser made a three putt bogey from the right side of the putting surface.

Colsaerts claims Volvo World Matchplay crown


Belgian Nicolas Colsaerts beat Graeme McDowell on the final green to win the Volvo World Match Play Championship and continue his remarkable record in Volvo-sponsored events.

Since winning his maiden European Tour title at the Volvo China Open in 2011 he has finished third at last year’s Volvo World Match Play, fourth at the Volvo Golf Champions and second at the 2012 Volvo China Open. Molinari wins in Seville


Francesco Molinari of Italy had a brilliant closing round of 65 and earned him a third European Tour title at the Reale Seguros Open de EspaƱa.

The Ryder Cup player turned a four stroke deficit into a three shot win with his brilliant seven under par effort at Reale Club de Golf de Sevilla.

Westwood successfully defends Indonesian title

Lee Westwood held off a late challenge by Thailand’s Thaworn Wiratchant to defend his Indonesian Open title today, even after carding a 2-over-par final round.
The Englishman, No. 3 in the world rankings, finished on 16-under 272 at the Royale Jakarta Golf Club, two shots ahead of Wiratchant, with India’s Gaganjeet Bhullar and Shiv Kapur on 12- under.

Brilliant victory for Branden at Binhai Lake GC

South African Branden Grace secured his third win of the year and the biggest of his career when he beat defending champion Nicolas Colsaerts of Belgium by three strokes in the Volvo China Open.
