Westwood to join PGA tour for 2012

Lee Westwood will join many of his European Tour colleagues playing in the US.

Westwood will contest the Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass, which he did not play this year due to scheduling complications. He will take part in the PGA Tour Playoffs for the FedEx Cup for the first time in September.

Barclays Singapore Open 2011

Gonzalo Fernandez-Castaño of Spain takes a three shot lead into the final day of the Barclays Singapore Open as further weather interruptions forced tournament organisers to reduce the event to 54 holes.

The Signature Hole on The Serapong Course is also ranked as one of the toughest. This beautiful hole boasts wonderful views of the Singapore skyline, and when you reach the green you are able to look out onto one of the busiest ports in the world. The landing area off the tee is fairly wide although large bunkers guard either side of the fairway. Two strong hits are required to reach the large tricky green.www.philinglisgolfphotography.com

After a tense 18 holes today Andrea Pavan takes the Apulia San Domenico Grand Final and Tommy Fleetwood takes The European Challenge Tour Rankings!

Italy's Andrea Pavan won the Apulia San Domenico Grand Final with a par at the last. It was enough to see off the spirited back nine challenge of England's Tommy Fleetwood, who still had cause to celebrate as 2011 Challenge Tour Rankings Champion.
